For Dealerships
Dealerships lose deals, CSI, and staff confidence when EV questions become inconsistent, emotional, or contradictory across sales and service. GEVA inserts a single, authoritative EV advisory layer that standardizes how electrified vehicles are explained, supported, and escalated—before problems reach surveys, managers, or social media. Revenue improvement follows from stability, not the other way around.
GEVA is not training and not manufacturer-led. OEM programs focus on product features and compliance. Training assumes staff retention and perfect recall.
GEVA functions as a live advisory system:
- Ongoing, not one-time
- Real-world, not brochure-based
- Focused on interpretation, and language discipline
- Independent of brand bias
- Staff gains confidence knowing what they can handle
GEVA Advisory Sessions are scheduled, structured working sessions designed to stabilize how electrified vehicles are explained, supported, and managed across sales and service. Each session builds shared understanding, consistent language, and clear boundaries so staff can operate confidently between sessions. GEVA is part of the dealership’s operating rhythm, not a reactive resource.
GEVA sessions are designed to equip staff to handle the majority of real-world EV conversations independently The focus is on:
- Interpreting customer concerns correctly
- Recognizing normal vs abnormal EV behavior
- Using consistent, expectation-setting language
- Understanding where confusion typically escalates into dissatisfaction
Staff are not memorizing specs. They are learning how to think, frame, and respond to electrified-vehicle situations confidently.
GEVA sessions are positioned as operating stability infrastructure, not a sales guarantee. Regardless of adoption rate, electrified vehicles introduce:
- New expectation gaps
- New sources of customer anxiety
- New internal inconsistencies between departments
- Protects CSI
- Reduces internal friction
- Improves customer confidence
- Supports healthier sales outcomes as a secondary effect
The primary return is continuity and control. Growth follows stability.

Charging Questions
While not absolutely required, home charging is highly recommended for convenience. Many EV owners can use a standard 120V outlet for overnight charging, though a 240V Level 2 charger is faster and more efficient. We can help you evaluate your specific situation.
Your EV's built-in navigation and mobile apps like PlugShare, ChargePoint, EVgo, and A Better Route Planner make finding chargers easy. I'll show you how to use these tools effectively and plan road trips with confidence.
It varies by vehicle, type of charging and where you are starting and stopping your state of charge. Level 1 gives you 3-5 miles per hour. Level 2 gives you 22- 26 miles per hour.
